The Future of Talent Landscape

Navigating Challenges and Seizing Opportunities

Our Academy will focus on

Meeting the Challenge: Strategies for Staffing Schools

with Shifting Teacher Pipelines and

Evolving Workforce Needs!

In the next few years, we expect massive shifts in talent work related to exacerbated staffing shortages, declining student enrollment, fiscal funding cliffs, decreased perceptions of education and the teaching profession, alternative schooling options, and new Artificial Intelligence-enabled ways of teaching and working, to name a few. These shifts, if not addressed intentionally, may widen already stubborn gaps in our highest needs students' access to effective teaching and leadership.

Join us at the Academy to learn proactive, practical strategies to address our most pressing challenges!

That’s why this year, our Academy will focus on

Meeting the Challenge:

Strategies for Staffing Schools

with Shifting Teacher Pipelines and

Evolving Workforce Needs!

"I had the amazing opportunity by one of my prior

colleagues to come and attend my first Academy Convening.

Ever since then, it's always been an amazing experience to

learn from other urban school districts, other leaders in

human capital, people to support our principals and

principal supervisors. I've always been able to walk away

feeling like I can take on the world with some

of the knowledge that I gained here."

- William M. Director of Talent Management

Baltimore City Public Schools

This year, 3DAYS hit the road to educate every media buyer in America about how mobile is changing everything – from how we shop, to how we eat, to how we learn.

Summary and Closing

“

”

"So one of the biggest things we did when we started working with USHCA

and did the Academy, we did a full analysis of what our

HR support systems were like for our particular department

and we transitioned all our recruitment specialists

to HR partners so that they could become

a true one point of contact for our principals to

access any of their HR and human capital needs."

— Elaine G.
